** Shop Rules **
A few rules I am asking you to respect while at the shop – thank you very much 
1. please DRESS before you visit us, the shop/garden is a public place, nudity is absolutely inappropriate.
2. you are in an NON RP area – do not try to involve people in your rp here, we are here to work or shop, not to play with you. Please keep your “very private” chat in IM ( yes I am talking about sex, bdsm rp or similar ).
3. harrassing/griefing/spamming/begging results in a ban, no exceptions.
4. the changing room/unpack area is open to our customers – feel free to unpack your purchases and group gifts there – it is NOT a public sandbox !! cluttering the space with boats, vehicles, houses or a gazillion other things from your inventory or is not what this place is for !! Auto return is set to 10 minutes so you have time enough to unpack your boxes – if you “forget” one, it will be automatically send to your Lost&Found folder in your inventory.
5. please help us to keep this place friendly and peaceful, be nice to each other

We tried to answer questions we’re getting often – if you can’t find your answer here, please feel free to

1. PERMISSIONS: clothes are yes copy, no transfer, primparts modifiable
shoes are resizer scripted and no mod
everything else: please look at the items description for details
if you are in doubt, feel free to ask anytime
2. BUYING A GIFT: our clothes are NO TRANSFER, if you want to gift them to someone, please use SL Marketplace ( “Add To Cart As Gift” Button ) or gift vendors ( Hippo vendors near the landing point/stairs – use the “Gift” button and follow instructions in chat please )
3. CUSTOM WORK: unfortunately I am only a single, very busy person – I do not have the time to work custom orders; however, feel free to IM me your suggestions or wishes, I might consider them for future projects
4. REFUNDS: please note that we cannot give refunds for COPIABLE items – exception are double purchases ( if you bought the same COPIABLE item twice, please contact us with your transaction info )
5. GROUPGIFTS: are ONLY available at the mainstore – our groups name is “Creative Chaos – Customer Group” – joining is FREE. Usually there are the 3 newest group gifts waiting for you ( in case you missed an older one ). We do not offer Subriber kiosks or similar at this time.
6. DELIVERY PROBLEMS: if you did buy something at the shop or on SL Marketplace but didnt receive it – don’t panic – it is in my as well as your transaction history; in case your item hasn’t been delivered ( or has been capped, or you declined it accidently ) please let me know ! best send a notecard, copy & paste your transaction details and send it to me . I try to answer every IM/notecard within 24 hours.
7. NIGHTFAIRY’S: creator and owner of **Nightfairy’s** items is Zara Ryerley – please contact her directly if you have any questions about her items !
8. RP SIMS: a. the few selected landmarks I give out next to the MM boards are places run by friends – I do not rent advertising space of any kind.
b. I am not looking for space to rent atm, but feel free to send a notecard with details, in case I change my mind in the future.
c. I cannot provide free clothes for your visitors, sorry – everyone is welcome to pick up the free clothes at the mainstore.
9. JOBS: every now and then I am in need of a new shop assistant ( greeting, assisting customers, helping them with fitting primparts, explaining basic “how to”s to our new residents, answering questions etc ) – if you are interested in such a job, feel free to ask – usually we put up an adboard near the landing point if any positions are vacant.
10. TEXTURES / FULL PERM ITEMS: I do not sell any items with full permissions, or textures as textures alone
11. FREEBIES / DOLLARBIES: you find all available freebies & dollarbies in the mainstore, some also on SL Marketplace or in stores I have rented. They have a limited lifespan – after a freebie/dollarbie is discontinued/retired it’s gone forever.
12. TIP JAR: the tip jar at the info point / mainstore ( the lil pumpkin ) is for our shop assistants – i empty it about every month and every shop assistant gets her share
14. SPACES FOR RENT: sorry, I do not offer any spot for rent at my shop/garden – the lil extra space I have is reserved for projects of my assistants and pets – thanks for your understanding
